You can purchase a video camera for as little as £300 from Comet and many part timers use these to shoot your wedding video, the results are poor. Our equipment is very expensive which in turn gives you high quality images in true HD widescreen.
Many part time wedding companies shoot in 4:3 screen format (because they are cheap to buy) which results in the picture being stretched making everybody look fatter! We film in full 16/9 widescreen.
