How soon will we receive our video?
Egg TV wedding video productions can start editing as soon as we have everything from you including your choice of music, guest list etc and your video will be ready approximately 8 weeks after the wedding.
How long will the video be?
To keep your video entertaining we find that an 1hr to hr & 30mins is the right length. This means that you can easily select the scene you want to see again without searching the entire film.
Can we have our own music?
Yes. Egg TV wedding video production specialists always ask for your choice of music as this personalises your video and helps to give the video an 'atmosphere'. 10 tracks of music must be supplied before your wedding date.
Can we be involved in the editing process?
Obviously it’s not practical for you to be involved in the many hours it takes to edit your film. However as part of the Egg TV wedding video productions service we include a re-edit free of charge to make sure we have included everything you want, this can be done after you have viewed the first copy. Just e-mail us with your requests. All changes are free of charge because we want you tobe 100% happy with your wedding video, if you are not it will only look bad upon overselves. However if you want major changes which aren't part of the agreement we made with you then we shall quote you for making the changes.
What will the sound quality be like?
Too often wedding videographers neglect the sound quality on wedding videos, especially during the ceremony and speeches. On all our productions we avoid this problem by using a combination of tie-clip radio microphones and professional studio microphones to ensure cleaner sound. Before the wedding video shoot, we will liaise with your venue concerning technical matters.
Can we see your work?
Yes of course. To arrange a demonstration and to have an informal chat regarding costs please contact us or watch our sample video.
Do you need feeding and how do you dress?
No. Egg TV wedding video production specialists provide our own lunch so you don't need to worry about us. All cameramen wear a plain suit and tie to help us blend in with your day.
How discreet is your filming?
Egg TV wedding video production specialists aim to capture the day as naturally as possible so we stay in the background as much as we can. Most of your guests won't even notice we are there.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we will require a small deposit to confirm the booking and the date once we have received this your date is fully secured. We recommend that you book your video at least 1 year in advance as the dates fill quickly.
We're getting married in abroad; will it cost extra for you to record our wedding there?
Egg TV have made wedding films around the world including Las Vegas, Miami beach and Thailand. Wherever you're getting married we shall be pleased to make your wedding video. Also, remember that other parts of the world have different television standards. That means your wedding video made by a Caribbean or Hawaiian company may not play in your home and often not up to the high standards we are accustomed too. Please call for prices on filming wedding abroad.
Are there any hidden costs?
None - our price includes everything including VAT. With no hidden costs or charges.
If I need extra copies of the DVD or video in a few years time, will you still be able to make them?
Yes - we keep the master copy of your DVD for at least 10 years. Just give us a call and we will send one out to you.
